One of the worst experiences with a "professional company". Company contracted an outside worker for the job (job entailed: installing solid wood flooring, sanding, and staining). Installment of wood floors was for one room alone (add on room that did not have existing floors) - sanding & staining was for the entire home (original floors throughout the rest of the home). As the customer, we agreed to provide the solid wood floors (brand new & intact). During installation, manager never oversaw the worker hired for the job. In fact, it was my husband and I that had to oversee the worker (which defeats the point of contracting a company). On various occasions, imperfections that were made were brought to the attention of the worker and he responded by commenting that everything would be fixe

They did an amazing job on our office after it flooded! Above and beyond! Damien did a great job keeping the workers on task and got it done quickly.

Worst place to buy tile or carpets. Expensive and bad quality
