Elzee’s Cleaning Service

I am in the Met Lofts in downtown Los Angeles. I called, emailed, texted, and called 5 people to deep clean this 820 sft. studio. 3 never called back, 1 called back 2 days later. Elzee called back in 15 minutes and came to the apartment in 30 minutes. She came with her helper and cleaned for 4.5 hours. The high ducting had never been cleaned. This company gets 10 stars for the quick response and the thorough clean. The price was more than fair prompting me to TIP $20 each for their efforts. Bravo!!

We hired Elzees Cleaning for a $500 deep clean of our 1400 sq ft condo and had an unacceptable experience from start to finish. Despite the price and the expectation that a deep-clean includes appliances, they did not clean the oven, later telling us it "wasn't included," which was never communicated beforehand. More seriously, the cleaners broke items in our home and did not inform us. We discovered the damage ourselves. When we contacted them, they admitted what happened and even sent a text confirming they would reimburse us. We prepared and sent an invoice exactly as requested - and then they completely ghosted us. No response, no follow-through. For a premium price, we expected professionalism and integrity. Elzee has been cleaning my apartment for the past few months and each time the place is left squeaky clean. She is trustworthy, communicative, and on time with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Can't have a better person to come into my home and clean up the mess that happens when work, kids and family happen.
