We just completed a full vinyl rerplacement with a lower stone facade and my wife and I agree it was one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. From the estimate coming f5rom Doug Snow to the great advice from Lauren in the office to the amazing detail and workmanship. We could not have been more pleased. The real star of our project was Wilbur, the person in charge of our 3 man crew. He consulted me on every decision. Things that I would nevver have thought to ask. He and his crew were maticulus in every way and with every detail. You can see it in the pictures. I would also like to thank Mike, the project Supervisor who was extremey responsive and very helpful. There is a reason this company has been in business so long. I would highly recommend E.M. We recently (early 2024) contracted EM Snow to re-side our triple decker in Somerville with Hardie plank siding. If you need new siding on your home, I highly recommend contacting them for a quote. Everyone on their team helped make the job seamless. Lauren, the office manager, was on top of things from introduction to closing out the permit with some of the most prompt replies that I've ever experienced. Mike and Wilbur were also so helpful throughout the process and communicated with us at each step. Doug Snow, the owner of the company, even came out to discuss a detail to make sure we understood how they recommend doing the trim around the windows. Full Siding Replacement by EM Snow (winter 2025) 'Best Results Ever!!' Lauren - Office Manager, Mike - Project Supervisor and Wilbur - Team Leader are the best. They were responsive to my every concern. They were well-organized and provided excellent communications. The entire process went smoothly and quickly. No 'surprises'. The installation team was very detail-oriented as they obviously strive for perfection. The new siding (Hardie-board) is neat and strong. The trim was installed with great precision. Fixtures like storm doors, downspouts and vents were reattached/replaced with care. At the end, the cleanup was thorough. The outside of the house looks professionally completed. It is like a new house. I highly recommend E.M. Snow.

EM Snow revived our 30 year old deck with new composite decking, railing’s and lattice. It looks better than new. We were so pleased we asked them to do our roof and several windows as well. Profession craftsmen who are meticulous and easy to work with. Highly recommended them.
