I reserved the parking in this garage through SpotHero. I paid the parking fee through SpotHero. However, when I went to fetch my car, the attendants said I didn't pay and insisted me to pay! I was in a hurry and didn't double check so I paid them for another $22. What a sham business!
I made an online reservation, but they told me there were no parking spaces available. The entrance and exit were very narrow, and I hit the mirror while reversing
Parked for only a half hour and was charged $21.00 Attendant didn't bother when I told him about the sign that it's $9.29 for 30 minutes.
Friendly staff, convenient location to hospitals, museums, restaurants etc. probably the most centrally located garage one the upper east side of you are going between the museums on 5th and the restaurants on 2nd and 3rd. There are two levels of parking so there are usually spots available.
Reserved but full. Nice!
