I found that the Emerald Coast Air Conditioner business provides great quick service to their customers in a timely manner. I was lucky to have them send out someone almost immediately within the first 2 hrs especially on a Saturday. The tech Caleb was right on it and diagnosed the problem quickly demonstrating professional knowledge. I had to wait on a part that was needed which took only a day and Justin was sent out to do the work. He was also professional and polite as well as to explain things to me. Their staff are all wonderful and very helpful right from the beginning talking with the receptionist Rachael (I think) and then Barbra who both seemed to keep me informed on the process. I definitely would recommend the Emerald Coast Air Conditioner for your air conditioner service!!

Fantastic customer service from Emerald Coast AC. Dan came to our house within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. Carol checked on several options to fix our AC needs and registers the new unit immediately. Caleb and Anthony showed up early to complete the work on a day that the weather was less than ideal. They were very courteous. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Rachel helped with scheduling and was very pleasant. Justin, our tech was beyond courteous and pleasant. I will 100% be using them again and be requesting Justin specifically for any future things!

Exemplary Service. Our AC quit on a Saturday night. Emerald Coast Air had someone at our home within an hour, in the dark! They replaced broken parts, followed up the next day, all with compassion in customer care! We give this business, 5 stars & a blessing!
