Company was contracted through my concierge service to clean off-white sofas while we were away from our home for a month. Upon our return the sofas looked worse! There are dirty watermarks all over the sofas and you can see spots that were missed. It looked like a rush job with no attention to getting it right. We will have to have it cleaned again. I told my concierge service that I will not pay for this work and I don’t believe in second chances for companies in which you entrusted to do a job correctly.
