We have been longtime customers of Emerald Lawn Care Services and without a doubt their services have been exceptional. Recently during an application of fertilizer there was an application error. I contacted them about this and the owner immediately responded & he requested a picture of our lawn. If I was unable to provide a picture a technician would come over to take one. Without a delay in a response he said “someone will be at your home to take care of the issue.” Three days later a technician was here and they also applied a flea & tick spray at no charge to us.
