I honestly can not say enough about this company. I will make this a little long to properly tell you why we will never use anyone else! First, as soon as you call you will be treated with such a remarkably caring receptionist. Candy is one of the sweetest receptionist my husband and I have ever dealt with. She will listen to every word that you have to say (even the stupid ones) and will not rush you to just schedule. Most places we have dealt with do not take the time to listen and will make you feel like just a money ticket and candy does not, She takes her time to understand your situation and makes you feel heard and like a friend (she's a receptionist who needs to teach other companies how to treat their clients!!!) my husband and I could not stop talking about how wonderful she was

Emergency No More has earned a long standing customer. Hands down the best service we have received in a long time. Seth and his team arrived on-time, were courteous, professional and friendly. On arrival we explained our septic system situation and immediately Seth went to work to assess and provide an estimate. Once prepared, we received a fair estimate and work involved was explained, and Seth received approval to proceed. Emergency No More team went to work and completed the job. My hot water heater went out they came out about 5 and give me estimate. They had to go to Cleveland to get one and come back and installed it that night they worked on it till 930. If you need anything done I suggest give them a call . They are very professional and good on price.

Excellent customer service with Candi Seth and John amazing job done very professional and courteous. Kept us informed on ETA. Came out on a Saturday and fixed our emergency will use them and recommend them always
