I paid for a two year maintenance contract in June of 2021 for our generator. They serviced our contract in July of 2021 and we were due for service in July of 2022. After trying to get a hold of them for almost 2 weeks (no one answered either phone), the owner told me that he would come out on the 21st. He then called and canceled and rescheduled for the 22nd. He never showed up on the 22nd, nor did he call to let me know he wouldn't make it. I finally had to call another company and sign another maintenance agreement. It was bad enough that they didn't show up two days in a row, but even worse that I paid for a 2 year service contract and only got one year of service.

Prove me wrong, but after having to contact Briggs & Stratton because all phones I had for them were auto-answered with "this number is no longer in service" ... B&S says they still have them as an authorized dealer. I strongly suspect they are no longer in service and my pre-paid 3-year service contract might be money poured down the drain. Sad, very sad.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled before my home closing and they cancelled one hour before they was supposed to arrive. Tried to reschedule for them to tell me they are available and then I ask what time… NO RESPONSE. Don’t waste your time. It is impossible for them to follow through with an appointment!!

Called 30 min before arrival window to say they weren’t coming and we rescheduled for another day. No call, no show for the rescheduled appointment. When I called the person said “oh yeah sorry the technician had something come up. We also now charge a $99 fee for quotes”.

Hands down the best electrical contractor in the Charlotte surrounding area. Tim- the owner is very skillful and exudes integrity with the highest excellence of services.
