I have 2 water incidents at my home ERS came and handle remediation and the build back I had a hard deadline they came through for me did excellent work will call them if I have issues again and will highly recommend them you will be pleased.

ERS did a great job in restoring our property after the April 1, 2023 tornado in Readyville, Tn. We had major damage and they were very professional and Jason, the owner, was very easy to work with. He helped us with insurance questions. And was always prompt to get back with me if I called. Their work was excellent. On the day of the tornado, Jason's crew was the first in the neighborhood to come out with roof tarps. These tarps were an immediate necessity and very much in demand. And that day was extremely windy and difficult to put down tarp on a rooftop, but his crew managed. Good company to work with.

I have worked with ERS professionally so when our kitchen flooded, they were the first people I thought of to help! The team at ERS has handled all of the repairs and communicated with our insurance company. This has been a painless process where we have been informed every step of the way. The ERS team went above and beyond our expectations. The work done to our house was top quality but also was done timely so we could go back to our lives. I would recommend them to anyone, they are wonderful people to work with!

A great company to deal with! I was referred to ERS by my homeowners insurance after my washing machine flooded my laundry room and kitchen. Within 1 hour of me calling them, ERS dispatched a technician to my house. From the girl who first answered the phone to the service technicians to the flooring estimator, every single person I dealt with was polite, professional, and beyond willing to help. They did Exactly what they said they were going to do and within the time limits they stated. They really made the process easy, smooth, & efficient!
