Emergency Restoration Xperts (ERX)

I experienced significant water damage right before Christmas that destroyed the entire first floor of my home. This company was assigned by my insurance for mitigation and repairs. The mitigation team was excellent. They came on Christmas Eve to begin demolition and prevent further damage, which I truly appreciated. I worked with Jermaine, Alex, and Gabe, and they were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the process. They did a great job, and I have full confidence in their mitigation work. Unfortunately, the repair portion has been extremely disappointing. After mitigation was completed, communication stopped. I have left multiple voicemails over several days trying to get a repair timeline and have not received a call back from the project manager.

Kam and Craig from ERX were great to work with. They responded quickly when my bathroom flooded and immediately put me at ease. Very professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. I’m grateful for how smoothly they handled everything—highly recommend!

My downstairs flooded Nov 2024. It is now Jan 2026. The story is long and I just can’t. I will say this. They were suggested by our insurance agent. They did do some of the work but did not finish. Things changed hands many times. And as of today we still have no functioning kitchen. They are billing us when they promised us a refund. I was sick and in and out of the hospital so I was hoping they would just do right. I don’t have the energy to fight. So we are seeking legal advice as they decided to pull out of the deal because they couldn’t match our cabinets. Yes, I know that sounds insane, but that’s what they said. The work that was done is ok. There are some places that are not great, but at least it’s done. Just be careful.

This company was recommended to me by my HOI after I had a leak from my split AC unit upstairs, due to negligent installation by the builder's subcontractor. The team at ERX has made the process very easy. Alex came to my house several times this week to check on the drying phase as the leak went unattended for what we think was about 7-10 days. Alex was communicative, very polite and clearly did not take any shortcuts...he was very thorough to ensure that everything was dry before we start the next phase. Thank you ERX and Alex!
