Emerson was highly recommended by multiple friends. I got 3 quotes to do my due diligence and they were not only the most recommended but they were also the cheapest of the 3 quotes. We got hit with back to back snow storms after signing the contract. Brian P communicated with me to schedule the install around snow and they were super flexible making adjustments the day of install due to a jerk neighbor in an adjacent property. They didn’t just come slap up fence, they thought out and planned the job. We walked the property the morning they started the install and they recommended where the existing posts from removed fence should be relocated so as to not interfere with line of sight from windows from inside the house and for convenient placement of gates and utility gate. Brian of Emerson came by and took a look at our situation..He gave us GREAT guidance on strategy, functionality and aesthetics. It was a combo of split rail for aesthetics in the front and a 6 foot high chain link down the sides and rear to keep our dog IN and Deer OUT. The 1 side had very uneven downward sloping terrain. A fence following that dip would have been easy to jump as it was much lower..Brian suggested a genius minor diversion of the fence line that was just perfect.Brian has decades of experience, so he has seen it all and knows ALL the fixes it seems to us.. Emerson's price was the best of a few estimates, the work was done by Brian's crew promptly and expertly . We would strongly recommend Brian at Emerson Fence Co.

Best estimate I received, very responsive, helped customize, fence looks great and no gaps or issues. Slight delay to schedule after deposit, likely due to holidays though. 10/10 recommend

We were very happy with the service provided by Emerson Fence. The staff came by punctually to give an estimate, were professional to work with, and did an excellent job at our installation. We would definitely hire them again if we need another fence!

Installer did not know how to read property survey. My wife had to point out where the property lines are compared to the survey. After the install I had to call the installer back because one of the two gates installed was very crooked and was rubbing when opening and closing (before and after pictures attached). The installer was incapable of straightening out the gate, eventually I just told him it's fine. Also on the other gate the lock keeps sticking, he said he would fix it before leaving, it was never fixed. If I knew this would be the quality of the install I would have gone with the cheapest instead of Emerson Fence which was the second most expensive.
