This place is a great resource for any DIYer, handyman or similar professional! The guys who run this place are exceptionally knowledgeable, possess the right mix of experience and professionalism... with outstanding customer service and an unbelievable selection of specialty and more difficult to find yet commonly used hardware of all kinds. I really appreciate these guys and this is an excellent resource for my business. I wish I would have just found them much sooner... But better late than never right? :-)

These guys are the absolute best!!! I ran in a few minutes before they closed needing 5 copies of a key made.... They were the best guys to deal with!! When so many places huff when you run in so close to closing these 2 were all smiles and more than happy to help!! Not only that they gave me a great deal!!! Will definitely deal with them in the future!! Thank you so much for ending my day in such a positive way!!

I called Emerson today to get a spare key for my vehicle. They told me to come down, they could make one. I did and they were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I had a new working key within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them. And they saved me the fortune that I would have paid a dealership. They are now the only place I will go to going forward.

This place is fantastic! I was in need of a replacement screw for an antique custom cabinet. I was unable to find it anywhere. I took the closest screw I could find to Andy at Emerson’s along with the broken screw. Within minutes Andy re-engineered a perfectly matched screw. Very professional, skilled, reasonably priced and went out of there way to help. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service. Friendly. Knowledgeable Great variety. Competent. I've used them multiple times because the keys they make, the locks they sell, the cabinet hardware and furniture feet all are good quality and work the first time.
