I could not help the urge to write this review after having had a general, a four-point, and a wind mitigation home inspection with Perter yesterday. As senior citizens, and I myself once a licensed professional engineer, my wife and I have bought and sold houses and worked with home inspectors, with whom by comparison, Perter is the best, not only because he is nice, but also and more importantly, he is professional, conscientious, thorough, and effective.
