I called Mr. Roland Pest Control about a month ago in a panic as I found a dead bed bug. I requested an initial service and wanted a special bed bug inspection. This was a Friday and they came out the next morning on Saturday. The gentleman that came was 20 min early and was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. I was very impressed as how thoroughly he inspected for the bed bugs. I mean this guy was moving furniture, on his knees with a flashlight and went over and above. Luckily there was no bedbug infestation, only a stowaway from recent travel. Then today, I met Nick when he came to do my first quarterly spray (inside and outside). I cannot say enough about this company, and Mr Roland himself. He’s been servicing our property for 3+ years and he’s not only incredibly professional, but cares about his customers. It’s seldom nowadays to get the feeling of family from businesses but it does with Mr Roland. We appreciate his character, value of his work, and thoughtfulness for those he works with.
