EML Mechanical came out to my home in Everett to fix an issue we were having with our HVAC system. Marcus was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the problem. He explained everything clearly and had the repair completed the same day. Our heating system is working perfectly again. It’s great to find an honest and reliable HVAC company that truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend EML Mechanical for anyone in Everett or the surrounding areas who needs HVAC repair or service.

Eddie and his team, including Sam and Marcus, were amazing. When my furnace started malfunctioning, they were in there on the same day to look into what was wrong. They scheduled me for repairs the next week (already super fast), but when the furnace just totally gave out over the weekend on one of the coldest days, they were able to squeeze me in on Monday to do a complete replacement. They were total professionals from start to finish—great communication, you always knew when the technician was about to arrive, clear invoicing, super helpful attitude. Most importantly, my tenant says the temperature in the condo feels more comfortable than ever now.

Marcus came to my house to remove mold that was built up in my split hvac system. I originally was going to do it myself but quickly realized I needed someone with expertise and equipment. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. The owner Eddie is extremely response and honest he was really easy to schedule with. Anytime I have someone give me an estimate I'm hesitant but he walked through everything and felt extremly happy. I can't say enough good things about this company I highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer.

EML does great work for reasonable prices. I joined the maintenance program, and the company does a great job of checking my equipment making sure it’s operating efficiently. They caught 2 problems today before they became large headaches for me
