JMR Electric Group

We've used JMR Electric for multiple projects around our house and they've been fantastic every time. Guy has done all our work from fence lighting installation, fixing indoor lighting throughout the house, outdoor camera installation, and repairing all our outdoor outlets. What sets them apart is how they operate. They're fast to respond and schedule, the quality of work is excellent, and they always walk us through different options and recommendations before starting anything. No surprises, just clear communication and great results. We're big fans of Ed and his entire team. We will keep calling them for any electrical work we need.

I hired JMR recently to electrify my detached garage and shed. JMR was very prompt in their communication and provided the estimate quickly after viewing the site. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were able to schedule me in quickly. The project required a large trench to pipe the electrical from the basement and a subpanel in the garage. The crew was very respectful and discussed the setup, wiring and outlet placement decisions with me thoroughly before proceeding with any execution. They were able to place the wiring and piping in discrete locations to minimize the visual cutter and brought over sufficient power for a future EV charger. Jeff (the owner) also stepped in personally to help with the job when some of the crew were out sick in order to keep the project on track.

So happy I got to work with Ed and his team. Communicative. Thorough. Courteous. And this was all before the team arrived at my home. The chandelier looks amazing. They gave amazing suggestions on which types of bulbs I needed to set the best mood for the dining area and even went to get the correct bulbs. To top it off, one of the electricians suggested that a dimmer might be even more what I'm looking for to have more even more control, went to his truck, found a dimmer switch that matched the decor, and installed it. It was that extra step to make sure that I got my home to look the way I wanted it to that makes me happy to recommend JMR. They cared about the work, and took pride in it, but they cared equally about what it is that I was going for.

Two professional, hardworking young men arrived at my house promptly, insisted on taking off their salty icy boots to not track it through the house, and then worked collaboratively and methodically to solve my problem. They even explained what was wrong and answered my superfluous questions kindly. JMR Electric should be proud.

Guy and the team worked effectively and transparently to add the new circuit to my basement. It was nice to have everything be up front and transparent and to know what to expect. I recommend working with them
