I am in awe! I should have known when they came to my house and were confused as to what to do, not telling me they were going to drill into all my kitchen cabinets while installing my dishwasher. Well not even a week after their install a massive flood. To make things worse, they drilled the dishwasher into the cabinets and the screws were bent! We had to hammer them out to get to the flooding and what do you know the water main disconnected from the dishwasher. These people are amateur hour at best! Unprofessional scam artists didn’t know what they were doing didn’t even know how to take payment. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Quinton came back at the end of January / beginning of February to fix our dryer. He was so professional, knowledgeable and quick with the repair. He took the time to explain and show my husband and I the issue and gave us different solutions. Since we had such a great experience with the dryer we had Quinton come out for our oven when we had an alert last week. Again he was quick to diagnose, very knowledgeable and explained different options to my husband and I. We decided to repair the oven and he got back out to us as soon as possible (one part needed to be ordered). I highly recommend hiring Empire for your appliance needs! Thanks Quinton!

Was able to get a same day appointment for our dryer. The tech was super nice and professional and got my dryer working while waiting for the parts we needed. The text notifications that kept me informed of arrival were great. Would definitely use again.
