Empire Bath & Kitchen, Inc.

On March 3, 2018 my spouse and I visited Empire's showroom. We are building a house and needed to pick out cabinets, counter tops for the kitchen, plus the vanities and accessories for the bathrooms. We found everything we liked (which hadn't happened at other places we visited.) We left there happy to finally have had a lot of decisions finalized, or so we thought. I left Cindy with a drawing of our kitchen. The drawing was missing a few measurements which I emailed to Cindy a few days after our visit. Cindy emailed me back about a week later, saying she had received our measurements and would get us an estimate soon. Today is May 22. We have emailed and called Empire. I have received only that one email and no phone calls have been returned. I can only imagine if we ordered fro

The staff here are very friendly. It was very simple to get what we wanted. Unfortunately, they do not install anything they sell. You have to get your own contractor for any install. Being from out of town and just moving here made that a big problem. Fortunately another employee heard our issue and gave us a couple business cards of contractors customers have used to install their products. After calling both contractors we were able to get someone to do the install in the time we needed. Whew! Ordering the product was very easy. I would recommend this store for kitchens and baths. Just be aware you will need to find your own contractor.

Absolutely terrible service! On March 22 my husband and I stopped in looking for ideas for a bathroom remodel liked what we saw in the showroom spoke with the sales lady left her with measurements for her to work on a design for us and made an appointment to return and see our options. When we showed up for our appointment she had nothing ready for us. She whipped something up quickly while we looked around the showroom and picked out what we liked. We were there for over three hours finalizing the design and picking all the materials we needed for a full bathroom remodel. She took my phone number my email and was going to email me the final plans and estimate “ in a few days”. After not hearing from her for over a week I called, another woman took a message and they would “get back to me”

We ordered a shower unit on April 21st. This was not a custom design or anything special, in fact they had a display model in their showroom. We waited and waited for it to arrive. For anyone who has done home improvements of this kind, knows it can be very frustrating trying to coordinate with a contractor and the supplier. We couldn't schedule a date with the contractor until we knew when the shower would be delivered. It took 6 weeks (Mid June) for them to get the item in and then deliver it to our home. I feel that is an unreasonably long amount of time, again this not even being a custom order. When the shower finally did arrive, we opened the box that it came in to find that it was the wrong item. Don’t know how these people stay in business! I came here in hopes of my kitchen being updated. Countertop, backsplash, and some cabinetry work. I got as far as picking out my color scheme and stone with the help of a consultant. I even went to Syracuse to look at a large slab of the stone to make sure I liked it. That’s when they dropped the ball. I never received a quote even after calling and reminding them to send one. As a matter of fact I never heard from them again. I waited two and a half months before deciding to visit another kitchen design store in the area. I was taken care of immediately and I now have a beautifully updated kitchen! I do not recommend Empire kitchen and bath to anyone.
