Empire Cleaning

We have been using Empire Cleaning services for the past six years. Mario and his staff are extremely courteous, prompt and effective. They are the primary cleaning service of our five story commercial building. All of our workers know and more importantly trust Mario to ensure that the building is clean and maintained properly. Mario is always willing to take that extra step to make sure our building is kept nice and presentable. He is proactive in the upkeep of our building. I would highly recommend Empire Cleaning for all of your cleaning projects.

DO NOT USE EMPIRE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CLEANING SERVICE. I ASKED FOR THE WOMAN TO BRING A VACUUM AND THEY TOLD ME YES THE LADY SHOWS UP WITH NO VACUUM. THEN THE CLEANING LADY SWEARS SHE DOES NOT NEED A VACUUM TO GET THE FLOORS CLEAN SO I TRUST HER. I CAME BACK TO MY APARTMENT AND THE PLACE WAS BARELY CLEANED DUST AND DIRT UNDERNEATH MY KITCHEN TABLE. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, MY STOVE WASNT CLEANED PROPERLY, MY DRESSERS IN MY ROOM WASNT DUSTED. MEANWHILE I HAF PAID FOR A DEEP CLEANING WHICH WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY WERE GOIMG TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER THE CLEANING ANF THAT WASNT THE CASE THEY CHARGED MY CARD THE MOMENT SHE SHOERD UP HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
