I have to give this company the credit they deserve. It’s not if a company is going to have a problem. That’s how they’re going to handle that problem. Sometimes things have to be escalated in order to get results, but that should not determine who accompany is. This company is backed by an owner that will make things right every time. Thank you for jumping all over this nightmare problem and not only Rectifying the situation, but also correcting and making it right.
