Empire came in, said what they would do, did it and did it safely. The crew was professional as well as attentive to my inquiries. The workplace was secure, safe and left in a clean and pristine condition. I will use these people again and would recommend them to anybody in need of their services.

Empire Parking Lot Services was the easiest choice of the companies we had come out to bid the job. The bidding estimator came out with a satellite image of the site, proactively already determining potential needs with additional wheel stops and an area to modify the concrete so that the water would all drain into the street vs. ponding on the property. They did not try to overcharge or provide us with things that we did not need, as other companies did. For example, one company was saying we needed to grind out asphalt and re-do a large portion, but that was not needed as it was a less traversed area at the end of the property, which was partially gated. We had just had the building painted and they were very careful not to splash any of the sealcoating or striping paint on the build

We contracted Empire to perform safety corridor striping inside a warehouse. They were very easy to work with throughout the quoting, scheduling, and walkthrough process. Empire quoted a very fair price for the service, and performed an amazing job, on schedule, and exactly to the scope of work we defined together on the walkthrough. The warehouse lines look great!
