A sincere shout-out to Empire Roofing and Solar! Earlier today I had my roof replaced and they did an outstanding job. They are very professional, punctual with excellent quality. I was very impressed and fortunate to have worked with Enrique Trevino! From day one, he explained in detailed the process along with cost and never did it changed. Enrique is a straight shooter who is very knowledgeable and is committed to delivering excellent customer service/satisfaction!! Thank you and keep up the great work!!!

After the last big hail storm, my insurance company approved a new roof. I found Empire Roofing randomly online and decided to give them a chance. I was not disappointed with the service I received from them. Dealing with an insurance claim for a roof can be extremely stressful especially as a first time home owner and I was very happy that JP from Empire Roofing was able to meet with the claims adjuster with me. He asked the right questions, and better yet; understood the answers. They installed a new roof quickly and cleaned up all the debris. They also scheduled for all other things that were damaged to be replaced and the necessary painting from hail dings. They shared pictures of the entire process with me when I was out at work and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their

Roofers were untidy and worked haphazardly. Three times, they attempted to clean up behind themselves and I am still cleaning up nails and tar paper from their roofing job! Yard decorations were damaged, and crew disregarded they damaged anything. The project manager always seemed out of the communication loop and projected job. Josh was great in the beginning and appeared to be forthcoming and knowledgeable. As the project went forward he got somewhat questionable. The company advertised free estimates, but never disclosed the price of the new roof. Josh spoke of excellent materials and warranties, but I have yet to get anything in writing. I even gave Empire a referral roof job! Again Josh spoke a good game, and could have done a better job in communication with his intentions. Checks

Empire Roofing and Solar was incredible to work with after our hail storm. They helped guide us through the entire roof repair process and made a stressful situation so much easier. I would like to give Dustin Mills with Empire Roofing & Solar a huge shoutout. I put in a roof claim with State Farm almost 2yrs ago after the huge hail storm and our previous contractor suggested us to do so. After going back and forth for 6 months (including a 2nd inspection), my claim was approved for partial repair, but not a replacement. Our deductible is 1% so it was a wash.
