I love this place. Major friendly and skip straight to knowledgeable. They have so many parts. And if you're not well versed, they are. Sometimes no choice but to go to Home Depot and Lowes. However this place is my first choice. Home depot won't tell you where to go if they don't have something you direly need. These guys know their inventory, and will direct you if they don't have it. That's 100% quality service in my humble opinion. I've been their customer for years. Soon I am moving away and aside from occasional visits I won't have this place to look forward to when I need parts for that "particular nightmare" we sometimes encounter. Wish I knew about this place could have saved me a lot of trips across town to hom depot. They sell many common home improvement supplies as well as HVAC and other things you cant get at home Depot. They don't put out prices so you have to just trust the sales person which sucks but it was pretty cheap in my experience.

First time visiting, good customer service & they had what I needed, what i purchased was more expensive then online but Empire was the only one that carried the item In stock.

Was refereed by Home depot and they had my exhaust bathroom fan on site. Same price as Home depot and Lowes but what I needed. Thank you!
