Empire Today - Boston, MA

Empire today has come through on a number of projects. This will be the fourth job. From old homes to manufactured homes, Empire is my first call for flooring. The products are as described and the salesmanship is spot on for matching desired look and true professionalism. The installation is noteworthy for craftsmanship--adhering to all corners and transitional seams. Jamie McDonald has matched that salesmanship of Pam Spangler who was my first rep' for two of the four jobs.Jamie has patience, waiting for me to arrive, then listening intently to what we wanted for a newly purchased home. Again--beautiful match. Cost effective. My next installation will be Saturday. I can't wait for the outcome. Dr. Brown

The best way to explain our experience with empire is first to say whole heartedly. Thank you very much for sending such an awesome and knowledgeable person to represent your company. Not only was he on point with all the products and services empire provides. He was also a very personable, easy to talk to and down to earth individual that my wife and I have had the pleasure to meet and do business with. So we would like to express our gratitude by giving a big shout out to Chuck. You're the man brother and empire is lucky to have such an ace on there side.

I had two small rooms I needed flooring for and made an appointment for a viewing of samples. Raymond Arrigo arrived on time and we began the process of selecting options that would suit our taste and still be within our budget. We had a kitchen and a porch area to do and it took a while to narrow our selection but Ray was patient and helpful with several selection suggestions until we made the final call and just a few days later we had two nicely-laid floors.

The installers worked faster than I expected. They did a wonderful job and they cleaned up after and I was very pleased. The carpet on my stairs is gorgeous. The installers were fast and the quality of the work was professionally done. My family enjoy walking the stairs-it’s safe and the carpet feels great! I will not hesitate to hire these installers in the future. They are polite and hard working people. The tile work installation was also excellent- the wood floors, tile work installation and the stairs, I would give an A+. We are enjoying our floors and stairs.

Install was able to be completed in one day with a 2 man crew. Very happy with the final results although I found an issue my my range oven door that wouldn’t close right after they had left. I was able to reinstall the door and correct problem myself. The only concern I had was that 5hr company required full payment before a single piece of the flooring was installed. That gave me pause as I’ve never been asked to do that with any other installer in the past.
