We had 3 room and a hallway carpeted on a Monday, and tile in the kitchen on a Thursday by EmpireToday. Empire Today had dedicated installers for the different types of flooring we ordered with the help of Brent the professional salesman who wrote up our contract. The floors in all rooms were stripped down to the original flooring, and then the new carpeting installed very expertly and professionally the same day, and the kitchen 3 days later. (Our preference for the delay.) It had been many years since we had the floors done because of all the items that we knew had to be moved, so it was really needed, and we needed extra time to put things back we removed back into rooms that were worked on. First let me say that we have been through several different companies for flowering quotes and samples. We called Empire and they scheduled us the same day for a in home quote. Craig Lawrence made the experience so much more enjoyable. He was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He changed my mind to wanting tile in certain rooms to running the same floor throughout. The way he explained everything and gave us a complete honest run down of the company and the products. He was the first one to bring us samples so we could make th proper choice for flooring design to compliment the rest of our home. Final result, we made the decision to go forward with the installation and can't thank Craig enough, he was just fantastic!!

I will start by saying I went into dealing with Empire Today with some trepidation. I had heard both good and bad reviews. Now that my new flooring is complete, I have to say I have nothing but good things to say about the process and the product. From the beginning, my sales associate John Nuce arrived on time for our appointment. He was thorough and straightforward with his answers, and I never once felt pressured. John was a complete professional throughout the interaction. Even when I gave him the classic sales objection, “I need to think about it,” he remained polite and simply responded, “Ok, let me know what you want to do.” After taking a day to do some additional research, primarily concerning cost, I decided to move forward. I am so impressed with Empire. Robert D was my sales person for 2 locations. He was really helpful and professional and a super nice guy. I hope Empire appreciates this guy. As for the installers? Our experience with Empire has been a very positive one. Jenny Van Acker arrived on time and was very helpful assisting us with the product that would best meet our needs for our rental property. There were plenty of samples to choose from and she was delightful to work with. The installers, Pedro and Jose, arrived the very next day and began the demo and install process. As the flooring began to be laid down and looked so great, we regretted that we had not decided to have Empire put in new baseboards. We thought maybe it was too late. But after contacting Jenny and the installers, they worked together to make it happen so that new baseboards were installed. We are very pleased with the entire process from start to finish with Empire. The floor looks beautiful and also adds value to our p
