Had a wonderful experience with Curt for the initial consult. He was very patient and showed us lots of samples while detailing the install process. The installers also did an impeccable job - they were extremely professional and handled our furniture with care. The carpet looks great and has been approved by our dogs.

Valentino, the representative from Empire who helped set everything up was awesome and made sure we understood all available options to us and helped us with flooring choices and discounts. The installation was fast and top tier quality, we had our consult on Monday and completely installed floors on Tuesday. The installation was fast and professional and flawless. Fantastic company, we would definitely use Empire again in the future for our flooring needs.

Curt was great! Professional and extremely helpful. I already purchased some vinyl tile for the living room 21 boxes - 4 years ago and he researched to see where I could buy 4 more boxes to meet the sq ft I needed. He helped me match it to empire’s porcelain tile for kitchen/mud room. It will match perfectly with the vinyl plank I already have. Thank you Curt!!!!!! :)
