We got carpet installed and were really impressed with the quality of the carpet and installation. The salesman was a very upfront and respectful person, he worked to get us a great deal for what we picked and no pressure on us— thank you Donny! The carpet installed by Carlos and his team a few days later was done in just a few hours with amazing results, we love our new den. It ended up costing around $5/ sqft which is fair for the quality carpet we received.

We had a wonderful sales consultation experience with Empire Today, and Charles C. truly made it exceptional. Charles was very professional from the moment he walked into our home. His knowledge of carpet options was impressive you can tell he has been doing this for many years. He explained the entire process step by step and walked us through each room, measuring carefully and making sure we understood exactly what would need to be moved or taken apart before installation. He brought multiple samples and different padding options, helping us stay within our budget without ever making us feel pressured. We had a wonderful Rep named Gabriel who was very thoughtful and very clear about everything. Pricing was a bit high at first but after all was said the rep did some shuffling around with the deals and discounts and dropped it down to a price that sounded good to our pockets to do the whole downstairs. We were able to get exactly what we wanted. I picked a completely different flooring choice online with their "see what it looks like in your room" app, but ended seeing in person that it looked completely different. The rep showed us choices in the home and I am glad we did that because we ended up with something more beautiful than I could have imagined. Now for the crew....they were phenomenal. Buyer Beware: Poor Quality Carpet! Even Worse Customer Service! We purchased Berber carpet from an Empire Today representative after an in-home consultation in October. The carpet manufacturer is Engineered Floors (based out of Dalton, GA). We were replacing the Berber carpet we had and have had great experience with for nearly 20 years. Within 4 months after installing the carpet, we started noticing pulls in the carpet and matting in several places. We filed a claim at the request of the salesperson and that's when the nightmare began. I filed the claim in March '25. Each time I called customer service, I was told additional information was needed. This went on for months. The Empire sales rep was very patient and informative in getting my project planned to my liking and within my budget. The installer did a great job and made sure I had a chance to look over the installation well before he left. He was very polite, hard-working, and professional. We had a glitch in the logistics of Installation, and Empire addressed this error thoroughly. In my experience, Empire is focused on the satisfaction of their customers every step of the way.
