Absolutely thrilled with the whole process from sales through installation. The team was friendly and helpful from appointment confirmation done to the day of install. The team confirmed everything g, gave me updates, worked with me to get area rugs down and even helped me find one of my cats that hiding. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the flooring job in the basement. The sales representative Allyson was very responsive and the installation team was very professional, courteous, punctual and highly skilled. They called before arriving, did a very nice job and finished in time and left. I would highly recommend Empire Today to anyone for their flooring needs.

We had a great experience with Kamal, the sales representative who showed up at our door. He was quite pleasant and answered every question we had with patience and understanding. He sat down with us and took his time walking us through the process, and let us know everything that it would entail, so much that we asked for him the second time around when we did the upstairs. Our experience with him was even better the second time around! I couldn't believe that this man, Kamal, picked up his phone, not once, but three times while on vacation! We're so grateful. We had another great experience using Empire. Our sales representative, Jim, made the experience very simple and efficient. We selected the carpet and went over where it was to be installed. We picked the date and had to change it because the painters were done - changing the date was very easy. The installation team did a great job and the house looks great.

They installed laminate over existing laminate the new floor kept cracking and raising up in 1 spot. After some arguing about our fault they came to fix it. Then it happened again. This time we had to argue even more. They came again, replaced a larger section, and low and behold it happened again. They refused to come back and said it was our fault. We finally asked a pro and said basically the existing laminate would probably need to be removed, the subfloor inspected and possibly repaired or reinforced. This was beyond their capability I guess. But for the price we paid for it, this should of been addressed correctly.
