I initially left a positive review for Empire Flooring before any work was done because the salesman, Tim, was friendly and professional. He asked for a review and I assumed that based on his level of service in sales, that would carry through the entire project. Unfortunately, that assumption was dead wrong. Tim mismeasured our flooring, and the installers did not have enough material to complete the job. They had to leave the project incomplete with our home in disarray while more flooring was ordered. They kept trying to make us wait until the end of the week. We did not want to wait while the house was in disarray. I guess to get us to stop talking, they said that the installers would be back on Wednesday. I took time off so I could be present during the install, only for them to c

Nico was amazing in presenting us wood and carpet options. Took his time to listen and showed us great samples and was very knowledgeable. We went with a fabulous LVP option for upstairs and a great carpet option in the basement. The crews that showed up were stellar and efficient, leading to hands-down the best flooring experience we could ask for. Would recommend these guys to anybody, great pricing, great service, and great people!

Gregory Dunn, a flooring consultant with Empire Today, came to our house with many carpet samples for our spare bedroom. He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about the carpet choice we had made (I had called him about it the next day with more questions). The price was great too! We had the carpet laid just several days later, which was fast. The two men did an outstanding job! We were very pleased with the outcome; it looks gorgeous!

My wife and I bought a house about 4 years ago and the carpet was already worn down. Everything is expensive and at the time we were about to have our first baby. So we were wanting at least better carpet for his room (while also understanding he might stain it in time so nothing too high in price). Greg was able to get us a really great deal on the price of the carpet with installation and interest free payments allowing us to get it now and pay it off later while making the payments affordable! The carpet is incredibly soft and comfortable and we greatly appreciate that once a year you can get the carpets steam cleaned and reimbursed to keep them looking nice!
