EMS Plumbing & Heating

They did the work but over the course of several weeks, with the promise of cleanup after one of their guys slung mud, dirt, and waste all over the basement while digging it out to get to the pipes. Landlord stated he paid 7k for this to be done in totality....the basement is a dried up septic mess, with signs a mop was thrown about to smear literal shit around. That's it. After I asked several times during repairs, and received confirmation several times they would clean up the mess they made....They did not. I have a $500 tent I use for my exotic flowers to start in, coated in literal shit from all of this. $200 Dehumidifier, covered in shit. Not to mention the odds and ends. Works done, but the mess left behind.....find someone else unless you want to be elbow deep in shit they leave

Absolutely horrendous! Girlfriend called via our home warranty with emergency situation no water for an entire week because their scheduler was out sick cause of kids. Well guess what!? As a business you do something called adapting and you play both roles or you hire somebody else to fill that void. It was beyond rediculous that we had to go that long without water. Her step Dad fixed it. Why have a warranty? That’s my question… no sense of urgency or initiative to assist. -10 stars 👎👎👎

Our furnace stopped working the other day and our warranty company had EMS come and took a look. EMS sent Denny and he was great. He quickly swapped out a bad part and put a second on order. Two days later we had another issue with the furnace and EMS again sent Denny who had the issue working two hours later. He was a really nice guy, explained what the problems were and what he did to fix them. He also showed me how to better control my zone system which will result in saving money heating my house. It's unfortunate that some have had bad experiences with this company. If you're having a furnace issue, I would ask for Denny. No question about it. I'm glad our warranty company works with EMS.

Have used this company for a hot water heater replacement and a new sump pump. Our warrantly company sent them out and I am always cautious of the businesses the warranty sends out since I don't have much choice in the matter. Each time they have come they have done an excellent job and have been respectful of our hose by cleaning up and not leaning a mess. All work was been completed quickly. I will definitley use them again in the future.

Absolutely horrible communication and time lines. I would get one story from the technician and another story from reception. Whenever I would call I was never able to set an appointment that day I had to wait 24-48 hours for a call back just to set something up. They were at my house for 6 hours and could not fix my shower and proceeded to tell me it’d be over 10 days before they could come back. My general contractor came out and had it fixed with in the day. I am staying far away from this company there is no excuse for this type of service.
