I couldn’t have been more pleased with Jeff and his crew from start to finish. I had an excellent experience with EMS Restoration. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of work were outstanding. Jeff kept up with superior communication and updates throughout the entire process. My vehicle looks flawless, and the process was smooth. You can tell this is a business built on experience and pride in their work. Highly recommend. I’ve also found my new go to shop!

My fiancé was in a minor accident right before the holidays. Flustered and horrible timing because we were about to leave for Florida for Christmas. We came across Jeff at EMS and we’re so thankful we did. He made her car look brand new! He was extremely efficient with his work and had it done within a reasonable time. TOP TIER communication the whole way through. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing! You found the right shop! Amazing job!

Great customer service and quick repairs. Everything is explained clearly and estimated to the penny. Will definitely continue to do business with EMS as this seems to be the only honest shop in town. Definitely recommend!!!!

First and last time I will use this company (or any other with jdm in the name) even though the part (so far is o.k. finally after some huge headaches and several repairs. )The correspondence on the front end was great. As part arrived red flags appeared. Zero correspondence, this added red flags. In a time crunch risked and installed. Red flags were confirmed. Zero correspondence. (via email) Resorted to calling the same number I ordered from, everyone I spoke to was a complete jerk. They had my money and did not want to help. The fine print is where I ended up after my dead end phone call as litigation from my customer to where this was headed.

Brought my car in for a job I was in over my head on, and it was well worth it. Money well spent, and they did a excellent job
