Emser Tile

We have been working with Christina for many months. She's been extremely helpful to us in all ways. She's very knowledgable about all of the products, has really good design sense and has made great suggestions. We would definitely work with Emser and Christina again.

No customer service. Two people working at desk on 9/4 at 3:00pm. No one addressed me when i walked in or ask me if i needed any help. Just had my bathroom demo’d today and need to order. Lots of other options in the area

They made it really quick and easy to order tile and pick up. I was able to pick up two days after ordering. I wish they let contractors just order over the phone though so you don’t have to drive all the way there.

Beware of that short blonde girl out there! She's very rude and would not even address any questions even on returning customers. This place has been going downhill on customer service. Zero stars!
