Emser Tile

Had my guest bathroom excavated, was having a real hard time finding the tile to match. I called Emser and the lovely Brittany helped and looked for the tile i was looking for and was able to order me a couple of boxes. She was very sweet and knowledgeable I appreciate her very much can’t wait to put my bathroom back together! Thank you! 🙏

Currently having my master bathroom and closet remodeled and my first instinct was to go to floor and decor. I visited but in the entire room I could not find what I wanted. My Contractor asked me to check out Emser tile. They recently got off another project and the tile that arrived from another company had 4 different colors . What often happens it comes in batches from different locations such as Phoenix and Tucson. I walked into Emser and located my tile from the entrance. This place has a great selection yet not overwhelming. The quality of the tile I purchased was beautiful in the showroom. My contractor also stated that their tile comes with equal height. Apparently lower quality tile tends to be uneven and thus effect the project and appearance. I appreciated the recommendation

Tile, tools, supplies and a knowledgeable and friendly ☆ Staff.☆ I was amazed at the selection of New High Quality Tile. Oh my.! You have to see the displays. Talk to the Sales people, they know their products. So you get you what you want. Then pick it up from Jeff in the Warehouse. He's the Man that preps you order.

Such a great experience! Devan was outstanding!! I had been to probably five other tile places around Tucson and I was so frustrated trying to figure my remodel of my kitchen and living room. When I tell you I did not get the customer service I did until I entered Emser doors I mean it! I was greeted by Devan shortly after entering and browsing and I was not finding what I thought I wanted. But Devan went above and beyond and within one afternoon I walked out with a happy hubby since I had a completed tile selection for the entire remodel. She took the time to pull samples and put them together with each other and our cabinet colors, made suggestions and looked up every tile to say if they were in stock or delayed. Emser had a display of a floor tile in their store. It was a new product for them and they were very excited. We ordered enough of this tile to cover 2200 square feet in our home. That was back in April 2024. Now it’s November 2024 and it’s time for delivery. Emser decided now was the right time to tell us that this tile HASN’T EVEN BEEN PRODUCED YET and won’t be available for at least another six months. They never told us this - they never told our contractor, our architect, or anyone else. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Run away from Emser, do NOT use them, they are not competent.
