Only giving 5 stars because 10 is not an option. First impression is everything. A member of the team came to the property to validate site dimensions. (another did not) Design experience was great. State of the art tools assisted in our design. Upon selecting Encantada, the team kept us informed throughout the process. Working with the Subs was also great. Communicative and professional. Great pool contractor! Daniel and Nic were amazing at keep us updated and expediting the whole process. The permitting process took so long but the Encantada team was able to get our pool completed in time for us to enjoy it. Totally recommend them!
