Over the past seven years, Enchanted Touch has proven itself to be reliable, honest, responsible, accommodating, flexible and thorough with great attention to detail. Any special needs or requests have always been met with a willing and helpful attitude. They are respectful of our home and our belongings. Even our pets are treated with patience and kindness! I’m am an Assistant Property Manager for a Luxury Apartment Community in Viera. Enchanted Touch has been servicing our community for 3 years since the day we opened our doors. Maria Luisa and her team clean our leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, elevators, all of our common areas as well as deep clean our apartments for new move ins. Her and her staff are extremely reliable and very professional. She makes herself available any time we need her last minute which is very important. We truly appreciate her and her team.

Maria is very responsive, dedicated, pleasant and makes sure I am informed if the cleaning crew will be running behind for any reason. She cleans my elderly parents house every other week and she and her maids are very sensitive to their situation and are kind and considerate. They are quick, efficient and do a great job! The only part that disappointed me, and thus giving this company 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is the fact Maria told me a couple of days before they were going to start the cleaning that my parents would need to have cleaning supplies available for them to use. I was a bit upset as I already had mentioned to her that my parents are on a very fixed income and my siblings and I are paying for them to clean, and not supply her inventory. I almost stopped it all right the

Thanks to Maria, moving to my new apartment in Viera has been an absolute delight! I cannot share enough superlatives — Maria and her team keep my home spotlessly clean. I admit to being extremely particular and after two years they have met my every expectation! I love coming home from work after they’ve been here, knowing I will walk into a shining apartment. Even beyond that, Maria has been helpful to me in SO many ways above and beyond as I adjusted to living in Florida. Honest. Reliable. Efficient. What else can you ask for? Highly recommended. ❤️

Enchanted Touch has been in charge of cleaning my vacation homes between guests for past 3 years. I continually receive feedback from my guests as to how clean the home is upon their arrival. They have been very trustworthy as well. Often times when guests have left items behind, I would find the item safely stored in my owners closet waiting to be returned. Very dependable and thorough. Truthfully I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. Better than any other cleaning company I have used over past 15 years in the business!
