We had Encore install a conversion kit to our breaker box for a portable generator. Josh and Reece were on time, courteous and worked tidy and organized. Upon completion, they explained everything very well so that we could understand how to proceed if and when we should lose power. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Encore Electrical.

We had an outstanding experience with the entire team at Encore Electrical Services on a four day electrical remodel project. It started with the receptionist who took our call and scheduled us for a review and estimate. Thomas then met us and was very professional and responsive to meeting our project’s schedule. The team of electricians who handled our job was led by Kyler. Kyler was extremely knowledgeable and was so easy to work with to meet all our needs. His team consisted of Shane and Malcolm who were also very good in doing their job. These guys were very respectful, kind and funny. They did a fantastic job! Encore Electrical Services with the electrician team led by Kyler will always be our go to guys for all our electrical needs.

Just wrapped up having Encore come out and run 100AMP service to our pool pump station. Met with Thomas initially, got our estimate. Very reasonably priced! Thomas was professional and prompt for our appointment time. Joe and Brodie were the two technicians assigned to our work order. You could tell they took pride in their work and paid close attention to ever detail. I can't say enough good things about these two guys. They went the extra mile everywhere they could. Can't wait to Encore again for future projects!

Thomas was my point of contact and did a fantastic job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. From scheduling to coordination, he handled all the logistics seamlessly and made sure everything stayed on track. Joe, the lead electrician, was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each step of the installation process, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and skill were evident from the moment he arrived.
