They helped me thoroughly document both my roof damage and an interior ceiling leak, which was incredibly helpful. They also took the time to educate me about the insurance process and even informed me about working with a Public Adjuster—something I didn’t even know was an option. Dealing with insurance can be a nightmare, but their guidance made it far less stressful.
