They did a great job on the flooring, however, they made the decision to add white quarter round around our kitchen cabinets without discussing with us first. Also, the contractor accidentally broke a light fixture. When I went to the store to discuss the quarter round and the light fixture, the customer service could’ve been better. Luckily they reimbursed us for the light fixture, but we did fix the baseboards around the cabinets ourselves.

Terrible service. No guidance in store. After buying flooring, they never contacted us to arrange installation, we had to call them. NEVER let them install: all our rugs are wrinkled. Our kitchen floor was uneven, gouged and patched during installation, the trim fell off in a day, and we couldn't open closets because the floor was too high. It looked worse than our original floor. Filed a complaint: they acted like it wasn't that bad, and said we could have it redone "discounted. " Finally found an independent contractor who told us what flooring to buy at Home Depot and did a beautiful installation for 1/3 what we paid here.

Highly recommend Endwell rug. We had them do carpet planks for our church and are very happy with the results as well as the whole process. Mark was very helpful and patient with us as we navigated this major project. We were very happy with the wide range of high quality carpets to choose from and the speed of which the samples came in. The team doing the install was thorough and quick. We had our whole sanctuary and few side rooms done in 4 days.

Excellent and easy process from start to finish. Great work and highly efficient! Would (and will) recommend to anyone looking for a great carpet experience.
