Adding to my review again as I hired these guys to fix a door that been damaged. Super tough job but they got it done perfectly. Ian was the technician today. Grateful for this company. So responsive and so good. Just have to add to my previous review from last year. Had a door issue today that was resolved so nicely by Yel-Help. So happy to have these guys around. I needed a double deadbolt put on my door and this company was understanding and reliable and got here the day after I called. They worked quick and very polite. They stand by there word on price and Quality of work. I will use them again.

Locked my keys in my truck with the ignition on. Called Yel Help Locksmiths at 7:40AM and they said they would have their technician come right to my house instead of their office! Mason was great. He was very professional and worked quickly to get my door unlocked and open. I’m not going to complain about the price, that’s what I get for locking the keys in the vehicle. Mason was at my house within 20 minutes from calling. Great experience all around.

Nothing I did opened my lock box. I needed to access my passport. I went to a competitor company, the top rated in the area, and the son dismissed me and suggested I have a relative take a crowbar to it. Yesterday, I called, emailed and took the box to Yel Help Locksmiths. CJ and Ian were professional, willing to assist and came up with solutions. I don’t know what type of magic they know, but the key that had been jammed (for weeks) opened the lock when Ian fidgeted with it. They have no idea the time, money, stress and aggravation they’ve saved me. I was a day away from traveling hundreds of miles for an emergency passport appointment, canceling my international trip (if the new passport didn’t arrive in time) and losing the monies spent on our trip.
