Energy Improvements of NH, LLC

These guys did a phenomenal job insulating my new house build. They recommended mineral wool for the walls, and 15” cellulose blown in the attic. My build was a little tricky with tight attic space over a cathedral ceiling. But they knocked it out of the park. We have a pellet stove and mini splits and we really notice the efficiency. Nicely done Tracy and crew, thank you Energy Improvements!

The absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. They were a no-show multiple times despite a commitment to be there, had no regard for anyone else's time or schedule, and did not return phone calls or try to improve upon their customer service in any way shape or form. Very very poorly run company. Even their employees are disgruntled with the company's management. My advice to anyone looking for this product is to do everything in your power to go elsewhere!

I have engaged Energy Improvements twice to provide insulation services. They even came back to fix a problem of mine (not their fault). The estimate was fair and reasonable. They came on the day and time they promised. The office staff was helpful and assisted in the scheduling. The installation crew was efficient, courteous, and worked with purpose. I do not have any complaints. I am a very high standard customer and feel comfortable writing this review.

Terrible experience! Planned the project 6 weeks in advance of the work and multiple times was assured no issue to meet the schedule. The day after insulation was to be installed was told it wasn’t going to even arrive for another week at the earliest. Then, the spray foam that was supposed to be installed weeks earlier was getting pushed two more weeks. Great at giving you the sales pitch but the follow-up is terrible. Went with another contractor to finish, I wouldn’t have Energy Improvements insulate a dog house. Talked with others, similar bad experience.

Called them to get an estimate. They came right out and gave me an estimate within a few days. Though the price was a little high for my project and asked if we could do it another way to lower the price. The salesman was very responsive and told me he would get that right out to me. That was two weeks ago. Will not return calls or messages. Even called the main office and still no return call. Very unprofessional for a business.
