STAY AWAY I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with SiteOne. I placed an order for materials that was completely messed up, and when I called to address it, I was treated with absolute disrespect. The person I spoke with—who claimed to be the branch manager (Anthony)—was arrogant, dismissive, and spoke to me as if I were a child. He slurred his words, showed little knowledge of his job, and made no effort to resolve the issue. I will not be returning to SiteOne and will be taking my business elsewhere.
