Energy Mechanical

We used Energy Mechanical to convert use from an old oil burner and no central AC to a modern heat pump system that not only heats the home but cools it too. Huge step up to modern heating and cooling. Controllable from my smart phone. Works great. Way more efficient than oil. Techs were clean in the work the performed. Showed up to the job on time and consistently (unlike other contracts I've used). Very happy with the job and at a fair price. Even helped guide me on what rebates I can apply for.

We have been with Energy Mechanical since 2019. They have an amazing team, from the owner involved in initial site visit, office team follow-up for appointments and maintenance, the site engineers that take care of maintenance, all the way to billing. I had the same engineer/technician service and repair my system until just this year (2024). The "new" service and repair engineer actually knew and worked with the previous person. This continuity and legacy is important. The on-site team (maintenance and repair engineer) works with the office team to get parts ordered, set up the return appointment when the parts came in, and repair and maintain our system.
