I would never use ETS HVAC company out of West Chester, PA. I would never use ETS on one of our new products. Zero customer service, they don’t back up or support their work. Their techs contradict one another and tell my service team the wrong products to use. I’ve asked for startup reports and various other documents and never received them. They sold us LG VRF Units, which have been a huge problem. I’d never use LG again either. Very, Very poor customer service, tech support and training for onsite maintenance staff.
You need to have more training in place to teach your drivers how to drive truck 42 will be in a accident soon
Anytime that I've called everyone has been extremely helpful and responsive, especially Chase. Chase has gone out of his way to help with orders and is proactive when it came to any shipping inquires. Customer service at Energy Transfer Solutions is top tier!
Was having problems with our AC blower. A Tech came out checked a few of the electrical connections and got it working in no time. Extremely helpful and friendly.
