We had a great experience with Energy Wise when they came out to fix our boiler. The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tyler was very informative, gave us options I was not aware of. He was very knowledgeable on heat pump systems and I learned a lot from him. He was also very good to work with. Giving me confidence to go this route.

Our heat went out on a Sunday, 4 degrees, and we have a 2 year old. We called easily a dozen companies and were not able to get anyone to come out until our last call to energywise. The pipe was frozen, nothing that Jay could do, but he was nice, and helpful, provided us information and suggestions which worked and eventually we were able to get the heat back on.
