Very much appreciated and we'll be proceeding with Enerpac. Original Post: I called in to speak with a tech about some specific workings of one of their pump models. I never received a clear answer, and the tech told me to "go back to school." He acted like I was annoying him by asking the question, and my attempts to reframe it to get a more clear answer were met with resistance and treating me like I was stupid.
