Bought $1000 worth of stuff that was supposed to be delivered. never got any status update about it being delayed. So I called the day it was supposed to here and the lady was rude and said she’s wouldn’t fill my order. Literally 4 items by the way. It’s not like ace hardware builds them themselves, they have the easy job and can’t even manage that.So I took my money and spent it at HOME DEPOT, low and behold I got my stuff WOW AMAZING. So thanks ACE for being incompetent and leading me to your competition where I ended up with better deals anyways. 👋

This is THE place to go when you need something and need personalized service! I bought a battery propelled lawnmower and weed trimmer. It was all put together for me. They showed me how to operate everything, loaded it in my car. They even took my phone call when I got home and helped me over the phone. That's why I bought local!! Thank you for your help and assistance.

Likely will shop elsewhere. Not very customer friendly. My first time there store was pretty empty, but no one offered to help me find what I was looking for. After searching the small store I finally found one of the items I was looking for. Couldn't get the attention of anyone that was working to find the rest of the items, so I gave up. Second try, I ordered softener salt for online pick up, forgot to apply a coupon. Went into store for pickup with the coupon. Told me I couldn't use it, I'd have to buy something else. Didn't offer to let me return and repurchase with the coupon. They didn't do anything to get my order ready other than print out the receipt. Told me the softener salt was outside, and I could load it up myself, or she said, "Do you need help loading it?" No th
