Engebos Heating & Cooling, LLC

My furnace went out, and I gave Engebos a call after-hours because their website says, "24/7 Emergency Response: Our experienced team is ready to respond around the clock, whether it’s the middle of the night or a weekend, ensuring that you’re never left in the cold." What they don't say is "only if you are en existing customer," which is what they told me when I called and they rejected my service request. If this is the case, they need to say this on the website. How am I supposed to be an existing customer if I am a new homeowner in the area and haven't needed service yet? What a missed opportunity to acquire a new customer who likely needs a furnace replacement on a 10 degree weekend.

Best Heating and Cooling company in the area. Best price for furnace with A/C hands down! I got many estimates, and they were much higher. I got the estimate on Tuesday, and they were both installed on Thursday. They were super friendly and did quality work. We will continue to use them for maintenance.

I can't say enough about Matt and his crew. They are exceptional and take care of their customers. Knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and competitively priced. Highly recommended.

#1 HVAC company in the area. Their technician Ross J, was absolutely phenomenal. He was responsive, let me know when he was going to arrive, and he let know exactly what he found and why it most likely failed. My daughter even said, "I Love That Guy" when he pulled up. 5 stars. Top Notch.

We had Engebos Heating and Cooling come out to do a pre winter checkup on our furnace and the technician that came to the house(I believe his name was Kory) was excellent. He did a very thorough job on the furnace and checked the furnace and humidifier filters. All the time he worked he pleasantly explained what he was doing and his opinion of the condition and future of the appliance. I would recommend Engebos and especially our technician if you are looking for a good local company to service your heating and cooling.
