My wife and I had the pleasure of working with the team at English Maids, hiring them to do a regular monthly cleaning of our home for the last year and a half. Working with Lauren was very easy for scheduling each month and working around schedules as needed. She always remained positive and professional, meeting our needs while balancing the availability of her teams. The teams who came to clean the house were always professional and diligent, cleaning those areas that we needed most. They are rude and will not answer a simple question, they hung up on me while I was just trying to ask a question. They smoke weed on the way to jobs. Very unprofessional.
