Extremely disappointed with my experience with Englund Roofing. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not honored, and expectations were not clearly set from the beginning. What was promised during the sales process did not align with what was delivered. There was a lack of follow-through once the contract was signed. Getting updates required repeated calls and emails, and accountability felt nonexistent when concerns were raised. The overall process felt disorganized and reactive instead of professional and proactive. When you hire a roofing company, you expect clarity, reliability, and ownership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend Englund Roofing based on how this project was handled.

We used Englund Roofing and Sheet Metal for a complete roof replacement on our home and garage. We worked with Jimmy who we were connected with via two long-time neighbors who had worked with him in the past and had excellent experiences. Jimmy was consistently responsive to calls/texts and was always a good listener and communicator. He was knowledgeable and supportive helping us navigate through issues with our insurance claim and the project itself. He proved to be a person who followed through with whatever he promised. Our home is over 100 years old and the project had some challenging aspects; it included shingled areas, flat roof areas, and decorative details.
